Hello friends!!
This is the last job from the evaluation!!! we had have to do a short film with a programme called videopad, here I explain you how is it!!
VideoPad is a video editing application developed by NCH Software for home and professional market. The program is complemented by the VirtualDub plug-ins that work with the software.
VideoPad is part of a package that integrates with other software created by NCH Software. This software includes WavePad, a sound editing program; MixPad, a good mix and PhotoPad program, an image editor.
VideoPad The interface consists of a menu bar at the top of the window that has pull-down menus in the headings, File, Edit and Help, under which you can modify the settings and save the projects in which we are working. Under  this menu bar arethere are lots of  adding icons such like, capture material, Narrating Insert blank, Subtitles, Preview, Save Movie, Options, Buy Online (limited to trial), and Help.
There is a section below and to the left of the list of media effects, transitions, overlay and tabs. The Media List tab allows the user to select a media that have been imported and see it from here can be added to the following timeline / storyboard through a simple 'Add' button simulated by a green arrow pointing below and also through a resistor 'and drop "feature. To the right of this section is an area from the reproduction timeline. Below these is the area where clips can be rearranged, transitions can be effects and effects added. There are two soundtracks available for use where just drag the audio file through the line soundtrack to add.
This program has seemed comfortable, useful and simple truth is that there are better programmes, such as Sony Vegas, but the truth is starting to go that is fine, I recommend using it. To make my video it  took me about two days to  conect all the recordings.

Well, here you have a tutorial, ans also my viedo, i hope you like it!!!
